4.1. Live Consultation: The designated physician will connect with you as scheduled, provide a consultation, and give medical advice.
4.2. Text/Image Consultation: The designated physician will give medical advice based on your medical records.
Prescription for New Medications / Special Treatments
The medical institutions we collaborate with will conduct necessary consultations and provide medical advice and local prescriptions.
Our team will collect the prescribed medications from local pharmacies based on the prescription and send them to you along with invoices and tracking information.
1. Register an account, provide patient information, and upload medical records or select recent prescriptions.
2. Choose known medications that you are already using or those recommended by the physician.
3. We will calculate costs, including medications, consultation fees, and shipping.
4. After payment, the physician will issue a new prescription or update an existing one.
5. We will collect your prescribed medications from local pharmacies.
6. After shipping, you can track the logistics throughout the process on our platform.
Medical / Health Travel
You can choose your preferred medical institution on our platform, or our physicians will recommend options based on your specific situation.
We assist you throughout the entire process of arranging your medical/health travel, including visas, flights, accommodations, and visits to carefully selected medical/wellness institutions.
1. Register an account, provide patient information, and upload medical records.
2. Choose your preferred medical institution or one recommended by us.
3. Our consultation assistants will provide you with a complete plan and cost calculation.
4. Sign the service contract and pay for the medical travel costs; we will make the arrangements.
5. During the medical travel process, our assistants will provide support 24/7 locally.
